A Smart way to Make Travel Affordable

Do you have a friend or relative that always seems to be going out, traveling, or doing something fun and cool? Did you ever wonder how he or she affords it?
I have a work friend that travels all the time. Almost every other weekend, she takes a fantastic trip to someplace like Washington DC or Las Vegas. She’s usually back by Monday morning, sometimes relaxed and rejuvenated and other times a little weary. But she always has great stories about her adventures, and it makes me wish I could travel all the time, too.
I finally asked her one day how she can possibly afford it. I have a pretty good idea about her standard of living, and it doesn’t seem to add up, considering what she earns. What she told me was pretty incredible. She makes most of her plans based on online travel coupons.
That means she’s pretty flexible about where she goes, but that doesn’t seem to be an issue for her, and I don’t think it would be for me, either. She also takes advantage of restaurant coupons and online coupons for attractions at the places she visits.
On top of all that, she saves on the cost of everyday items by using online coupons. What a great idea. I’m looking forward to starting my own travel advantages.
