Baby Boomer Blues

It’s frightening to think of how many baby boomers will be in growing old together in the future. How will this affect the nation’s economy? I think that if we invest responsibly now for our futures, we won’t have to worry about how our children will pay for all our financial mistakes. Looking into long term health insurance is a solid move in the right direction. You can easily find some Long Term Care Insurance Quotes. Who wants to drain their hard earned financial resources? I certainly don’t. And you certainly can’t rely on Social Security anymore. I have seen first hand what happens to people who do. People having to live in subsidized government housing projects – having to eat government subsidized cheese. I don’t want to wind up in this scary predicament. Women who have stayed at home while their husbands have worked are especially hard pressed financially. It’s a statistical fact that women live longer than men, and are the ones who usually care for family members. I certainly would like my wife to be able to relax in her old age, unburdened with the care and cost of taking care of family members. We would like the financial security to do what we want in our retirement together
