Toner cartridges have become indispensable parts of the printers. Most of the printers use various types of toner as an alternative to carbon powder. This is mainly used to enhance the quality of the print-out in general, and these days, in most of the machines, toner cartridges are used largely to improve the quality of print. Toner is essential in many of the printing cases and in this respect there are various types available of the same toners of different size and meant for different purposes. This powder is melted by using a fuser that helps to bind the papers in general.
Normally, the ideal sizes of toner cartridges are 14 to 16 micrometers, and they are used largely to improve the image resolution. In this connection, toner manufacturers try to maintain quality control that is essential for particle size distribution that again has to be done in order to make it suitable for use on printers.
Only this proves that not only good quality of ink is necessary for good printing, but toner is also an indispensable criterion for good prints. In reality, toner is the mixture of some basic ingredients that are blended together for the creation of a slab, smashed into powder again to be used into the printer machines. In this connection, certain blends of chemical are also adopted for the better performance of toner. Earlier, toner was applied into the reserve of the printer with the help of bottle, but the modern machines are generally equipped with the toner cartridges that carry the toner directly and no refilling is needed anymore.
